On 3 April 2021 I proposed my idea to Prof. Alain Souloumiac to build a Wiki on the Creafree.org webpage that would publish all certified Creabooks (as from Cf**). Every Creabook will have its own page, structured following the Universal Standard for Intellectual Properties Creafree. The CreaWiki is inspired by Wikipedia and will be build with the open-content common resource Wikimedia software. Each page will provide a button that will open a form to send an encrypted email to Creafree. Every visitor of the CreaWiki will be able to make comments on the originality and authenticity of the Creabook. Only appointed Creafree administrators will publish the Creabook content on CreaWiki. The content of the Creabook will be indexable by search engines. For new Creabooks Cf* please refer to the Creabook IRIP. This IRIP (Intelligent Retrieval Intellectual Property) offers anyone to create a Creabook through simple descriptive email. The data send to Creafree will be used by its administration to compose a PDF Creabook that can be published on the Creafree platform. The creator can upload his artwork as annexes to his Creabook. Some of these annexes can become NFT that can be sold on any marketplace specialized in NFT.

Abstract

Parental IP Source

Problem

An Intellectual Property is mostly inspired or uses former public domain or other creations. In some cases, the researchers did not publicly link the various creative data. For Patents the IP handles mostly the technology or the product and does not pay much attention to the authenticity of the creator.

Factor

The Parental IP Source has been defined in relation to the idea of structuring the origins of an intellectual property.

Expression

Partental IP Source goal is to put in place a solid system to publish the content of Creabooks available to everyone, especially search engines.

Implementation

The CreaWiki will create blank Pages to allow moderators to complete every Parental Source. Those black Pages will need to contain temporally basic information about the source of the Creabook that has to be created.

Claim

Dick Van Gelder claims the originality of this creative elements characterized by the CreaWiki in its total form.

Difference

To my knowledge there is no information available that gives a reader the information about the hierarchy of any Intellectual Property. The implementation of this Parental IP Source in the CreaWiki is connected to the CreaGuard, a Creabook that describes the system of appointed Guardian that will develop Creabooks in name of (deceased) Creators or their stakeholders in return of some acknowledgment or financial retribution. It is also a way to express the borders of a creation listed on the World creations Cadaster as defined by the Creafree Standard.
